Two solid Type 316 stainless steel cantilevered overshelves mounted along the center of the 36" deep work surface keep supplies at hand and off the work surface, while a full stainless steel undershelf adds bulk storage below the work surface. Type 316 stainless steel contains molybdenum for greater resistance to chlorides, disinfectants, and harsh cleaning chemicals, making it a preferred choice for corrosive environments compared to other materials.
