Metro ESD Safe Super Erecta SMT Reel Storage Wire Shelving Unit

The Metro Stationary ESD Safe Reel Shelving System provides durable, conductive storage for standard-size SMT component reels used in PCB assembly and electronics manufacturing. Built on the same durable Super Erecta platform as our ESD wire racks, this shelving unit offers high-density reel storage with reliable ESD protection for static-sensitive components in controlled production environments.

Each preconfigured unit features Brite-plated wire shelves and chrome-plated steel posts with 9985-ESD conductive split sleeves to maintain continuous conductivity throughout the entire structure. Leveling feet keep the unit stable and grounded during use.

Options are available to accommodate 13-inch to 15-inch diameter and 7-inch diameter component reels. Each wire rack accommodates up to (15) 13-inch to 15-inch diameter reels or (78) 7-inch diameter reels, maximizing storage density. Shelves can be adjusted in 1-inch increments to fit varying reel sizes and needs.

The open-wire design allows for unobstructed airflow and visibility, reducing particulate buildup. Stationary configurations offer greater load capacity than mobile racks, making them ideal for high-volume reel storage and long-term inventory management when transport is not a priority.
