Metro Single-Bay Tote Racks

Metro single-bay tote racks provide efficient handling of totes, making it easy to move materials between locations. Durable, Super Erecta wire shelf construction provides positive placement and easy vertical relocation of slides if your requirements change.

Kitting tote carts can be used as mobile storage and pick-and-place material handling solutions in a variety of environments, including manufacturing facilities, warehouses, retail, and electronics assembly. 

Each mobile tote rack includes four 5" (127mm) swivel casters in your choice of resilient or polyurethane tread. They are lightweight and easy to maneuver, even when fully stocked. Telescoping front and back frames on the APT1C truck permit a variation up to 8.75" (222mm) in horizontal distance between slides. These kitting carts can do "double duty" and accommodate containers from 15.5" (394mm) to 24.25"(615mm) in width. Easily adjusts with a socket wrench. Single-bay carriers are equipped with six S3C single slides (3 sets).

For electronics manufacturing operations, Metro can be made conductive with the addition of ESD casters and/or the use of drag chain ESD-DC12 in conjunction with GCB16S.
